Customizations

• Custom fields can be added to any table in the database. Field types include numeric, picklists, text fields of various types, currency, dates, and fourteen additional types.

• Custom tables can be created for virtually any type of data.

• Screen layouts can be defined for each type of data.  Multiple layouts can be defined and made available on a user by user basis.

• Workflows and approvals can be defined to efficiently standardize internal procedures and automate business processes based on your organization’s needs. These processes and their associated workflow actions can include email alerts, tasks, field updates, or outbound messages as well as approval processes.

• Email templates can be defined for use with various business processes and workflows.
